“人工智能+”背景下 国内外档案利用服务的发展态势

Abstract： Artificial intelligence has become a central force shaping contemporary digital and information infrastructures. Its growing integration into archival practice is transforming how archival resources are organized， accessed， and governed. Based primarily on recent international archival and practice-oriented cases， with reference to developments in China， this paper examines current trends in archival access and use services under AI-enabled conditions. Four major developments are identified： the consolidation of data-centered foundations for intelligent services; the reconfiguration of professional practice through human-machine collaboration; the emergence of smart， experience-oriented modes of public engagement; and the rise of intelligent governance frameworks that balance openness with security and accountability. These trends indicate a structural shift in archival use services toward more integrated， adaptive， and governance-aware models in the AI era.
