Abstract： In the history of our country， there are abundant archives of the community for the Chinese nation. These archives record the history of the interaction and integration among all ethnic groups in our country， and the history of building a pluralistic and integrated Chinese nation. Carrying out research on its connotation and extension， system construction， excavation and utilization will help to accurately recognize archival historical materials， optimize development work， and help the construction of a community for the Chinese nation. On the basis of comprehensively clarifying the connotation and extension of the archival historical materials of the community for the Chinese nation， this paper designs and constructs a framework of the archival historical materials system with the historical view of the Chinese nation and the theory of social memory as the theoretical support， and promotes the development of the archival historical materials of the community for the Chinese nation from the dimensions of integrating multiple subjects， the construction of historical materials system， the development of multiple methods， the empowerment of digital technology and the global dissemination by media matrix， so as to facilitate forging a strong sense of community for the Chinese nation.
