Abstract：Large energy enterprises serveas stabilizing forces in the development of digital economy，with their digital transformation outcomes directly impacting the quality of China's newquality productive forces.Asthe foundational work for energy companies' digital transformation，the digital and intelligent transformationof archival management faces both challenges and opportunities in the Al era.This study systematicallyinvestigatesarchival management practices through analysis on 46 cases from developed countries and regions.The research identifies business scenarios，document types，and technical models for Al applications in energy enterprisearchives，aiming to provide theoretical supportand practical guidance forthe digitaland intelligent transformation of archival management in China's energy sector.
