Abstract：Archivaldocumentaryheritage servesasa crucialvehicleforthe constructionof national memory. China's archival documentary heritage resourcedevelopmentis currentlyundergoing a critical transition from quantitative accumulationto gualitativeadvancement.Basedon a horizontal structural analysis and a longitudinal diachronicexamination ofthe six batchesofthe "China's Archival Documentary HeritageList"， this study systematically summarizes their overall characteristics and developmental patterns. Taking this as the logical starting point， it proposesactionable strategies aimed at enhancing the visibility of national governance and the understanding of strategic intent in the field of archival documentary heritage.The findingsareintended toprovide a practical guide for advancing the transformation and upgrading of China's archival documentary heritage resource development.
