档案高质量数据集的基本内涵与建设要求

Abstract：With the advancement of the“Al + Archives”initiative，thevalueofarchivaldata has become increasingly prominent，and clarifying the fundamental connotations and construction requirements of high- quality archival datasets hasemerged as a pressing foundational issue in the archival field.This study argues that a'highquality archival dataset is a highly credible aggregated data form derived from duly archived records through archival data governance and standardized processing.Such datasets not only constitute an essential foundational form for deepeningintelligent applications in the archival domain， but also represent a key pathway for activating the latent value of archival data and expanding theboundaries ofarchival use in theera of artificial intelligence.Accordingly，the constructionof high- quality archival datasets should be guidedby systematic norms in terms of controlled use， coordinated responsibilities，data boundarydefinition，and continuous management， so asto achieve the coordinated enhancement ofdata credibility and intelligent adaptability.
