ofthe Yellow River Section from Bailongwan to the

Lanjia Riverin Binzhou,China

Abstract:Thesectionof theYellowRiverfromBailongwantotheLanjiaRiverinBinzhou,China,isacurvedsectionof the lowerreachesof theYellowRiver.Inrecentyears,notablechangesintheriverregimehaveoccuredduetoalterationsin waterandsedimentconditions.Incertainsections,themainstreamlines have shifted leftward,posingathreattothesafety of thelevees.Throughdataanalysis,fieldinvestigationsandmeasurements,and basic theoretical analysis,this study focuses on thechannel evolution in thisreach sincethe operationof the Xiaolangdi Reservoir and proposescorresponding management strategies.The study shows that thechanges in the mainsteamlinesarethe primary causeof the leftward river regime migrationandthatflood eventsduringtherainyseason furtherintensifytheriver'sswing.Inresponsetotheriver regimechanges,mutiplemanagement strategiesare proposed,suchas extending five spur dikes downstream of the Bailongwanriskcontrolprojectand extendingthreespurdikesdownstreamoftheWangpingkouguiding structure,toenhance the project'sflow-guiding capacity and reducethe hazards of the“cross-river”and“oblique-river”flowsto the levees.

黄河滨州白龙湾至兰家河段位于黄河下游艾山至利津窄河段内,属弯曲性河段,河道长 22.3km ,相应堤防是保障滨州李庄、里则等4个乡镇(街道)约40.46万人口防洪安全的重要屏障,河段内分布着小开河、兰家引黄闸等重要引水工程,总设计引水流量 91m3/s ,灌溉面积154万亩(1亩 ≈666.7m2 ),防护意义重大。(剩余9896字)
