青稞主要品质性状研究进展

Abstract: Tibetan highland barley is a major grain crop in high -altitude regions and plays an important role inthe agricultural development of Tibet due to its unique adaptability.Based on a comprehensive review of previous studies,this paper reviews recent progressin research on the key quality traits of Tibetan highland barley, including genetic diversity,nutritional quality,stressresistance,and procesing quality.It analyzes various factors influencing these traits,identifies current limitations,and outlines future directions for improvement.It also discusses emerging research trends to support further improvement of barley quality traits.This study aims to provide a theoretical foundation for the genetic improvement,eficient cultivation,and selective breeding of high - quality Tibetan highland barley varieties.
