Abstract: Eight Dioscorea zingiberensis varieties were used as experimental materials to investigate their agronomic traits and resistance performance,and to measure their yield and saponin content,with the aim of selecting varieties suitable forcultivation in the Ankang region.Theresults showed that all eight varieties had saponin contents exceeding 2.0% ,with‘BHY-3’showing the highest at 2.43% ,followed by‘BZZ -1’at 2.32% Both varieties also exhibited significant yield advantages and outstanding resistance to pests and diseases, drought, frost,and waterlogging. These findings indicate that ⋅BHY-3⋅ and‘BZZ -1’have high potential for further research and broader promotion and application.

黄姜,学名盾叶薯(Dioscoreazingiberensisrhizomes),是薯科薯属缠绕草质藤本植物,其根状茎中含有较高的薯皂昔元,是加工和合成多种激素类药物的关键原料,也是薯皂昔元含量最高的药用植物之一[1],被誉为“激素之母”和“药用黄金”[2.3],近年来市场需求较为稳定。(剩余3767字)
