川陕哲罗鲑仔鱼人工驯化技术研究

Abstract: Due to human activities,the habitat and spawning grounds of Hucho bleekeri (H. bleekeri)have ben degraded,leading to a significant population decline.Currently,artificial breeding techniques remain underdeveloped and require stage - specific optimization to establish a robust technical system.We produced H. bleekeri fry by hormonally inducing broodstock and rearing the offspring in ponds,and then conducted captive domestication trials.The results showed that fry exhibited low acceptance of formulated feeds and were better suited to initial feeding with live feed,folowed bya gradual transition toformulateddiets.Frygrowthrate stabilized byday1O and accelerated again after day3O.Survival rates wereafected by stockingdensity,feeding frequency,and health management.This study provides an important theoretical and practical basis for the artificial breeding and domestication of H. bleekeri.
