Optimization Design and Experimental Study of Hydraulic System forSeedbedLevelingMachine

Abstract:Tosolve theproblems oflowoperation effciencyand insuffcient precisionof the leveling machine during grenhouseseedling cultivation,and incombination with the agronomicrequirementsof the greenhouse seedling bed leveling machine,a combined leveling machine composedof a mechanicaltransmissondevice andahydraulic system was designed.TheFluidSIMsoftwarewasused toconductsimulation testsonthe hydraulic system.Subsequently,hydraulic debuging was carredout,andthe responsesurface method was adopted to analyze the impactof diferent parameters on theoveralloperationefectof theoptimized hydraulicsystem.Combinedwith field tests,the optimalcombinationof parameterswas determined.Theresultsshowed thattheoptimized hydraulicsystem hada high degree offt with the levelingmachine,andthedebugging testsconfimedthatthestabilityoftheleveling machinewas closelyrelated to the hydraulic system. When the forward speed of the leveling machine was 1.1km⋅h-1 ,the vibration frequency of the tamping mechanism was 35Hz ,and the working time did not exceed 0.6h ,theleveling machine embedded with the optimized hydraulic system had a 5% improvement in flatness and a 50% improvement in soil solidness compared to the ordinary leveling machine.This hydraulic system significantly improved the operation accuracy of thecombined seedling bed leveling machine,making itscomprehensive performancereachedthebestlevel,and providingagoodbasic guarantee for the growth environment of rice seedlings.

育秧大棚在东北水稻产区能有效应对水稻种植季节气温偏低的问题,整平机的使用有助于降低秧苗移栽过程中产生的不利影响,通过提高苗床平整度和减少整平次数,加快农事进程、提高工作效率2-3],并缩短缓苗时间、加速成苗、提高秧苗成活率。(剩余12864字)
