Abstract:Toexplore thediffrentkeycharacteristiclipidsubstancesafecting thematurityof tobacco leaves,the lipidomics methodcombined with chromatography-masspectrometryandothermethods was used todeterminethe tobacco leaves of the flue-cured tobacco variety K326 at3 different stages:under ripe(GS),ripe(SS)and over ripe(GS)for analysis,andthekeycharacteristic lipidsubstancesafecting thematurityoftobaccoleaves werescreenedout.Theresults showedthat,among3maturitygroups,there wereatotalof176diferentiallipidmetabolites betweenGSvs QS groups, 21differentiallipidmetabolitesbetween GSvsSSgroups,and140diferentiallipidmetabolitesbetween SSvsQSgroups. 5lipiddiferential metabolites werescreenedout,including lysophosphatidylglycerol,galactoglycerol diester, phosphatidylinositol,phosphatidicacid,andphosphatidylglycerol.These5lipidmetabolitescouldbeusedasmarkers to determine different maturity stages of tobacco leaves.

烟草成熟度作为烟叶品质评价的核心指标,不仅反映叶肉细胞内源代谢物的动态平衡与化学计量学特征,更通过调控栅栏组织排列密度、质体色素转化效率、苯丙烷类代谢通量、多酚/生物碱协同效应及热裂解行为参数,系统影响烟叶的物理特性谱、感官品质图谱和工业适配性指数。(剩余17514字)
