A Multidimensional Perspective on Autonomous Vehicle Safety: Key Challenges and a Collaborative Governance Framework

【Abstract】To systematically review thesafety risks of autonomous driving and promote itssafe market-oriented application,thispapersummarizesandanalyzesthecharacteristicsofcurrentautonomousvehicleaccidentsandrelevant research fromselecteddevelopedcountries,identifyingthecorefactorsanddeep-seatedchallengesafectingthesafetyof autoromous driving.Thestudyrevealsthat thesafetylandscapeencompases4 key domains:datasecuritytechnological safety,transferofcontrolbetweenhumanandmahine,andriskcontrol.Furthermore,futuredevelopmentfacesprofound challengesincludingthealgorithm“long-tailproblem”,acrisisoftrustinhuman-machineinteraction,datasecurity vulnerabilities,andregulatorylag.Theresearch proposes thatcordinatedadvancementacross4dimensions—technological integration,regulatoryframework construction,human-centereddesign,anddataprotection—isessential toestablisha collaborativegovernanceframework.Thisprovidesasystematicreferenceforthesafedevelopmentandapplicationof autonomous driving technologies.
