【Abstract】To addressthechallenges faced by domestic automotivechip manufacturers in developing the Microcontroller AbstractionLayer(MCAL)fortheAutomotiveOpenSystemArchitecture(AUTOSAR)—suchasinsufficienttechnicalexpertise andprolongeddevelopmentcycles,thispaperproposes aninnovativelayered architecturedesign.This approachredefines the MCAL into 3distinctlayers.Through functional decouplingandstandardized interfaces,itachievescompatibilitywithboth AUTOSARandtraditional Software Development Kit (SDK)development models.Validationon Xiaohua Semiconductor’s XC277 chipdemonstrates thatallmodulespassedunitandintegrationtests with1O0%coverage (including statement,branch, andModification Condition/Decision Condition Coverage (MC/DC),and critical task execution timesreached microsecond levels.Thisresearch providesawell-validated solution fortechnical inovationin domestic AUTOSARMCAL,holding significantpracticalimplicationsforenhancingtheautonomousandcontrolablecapabilitiesofChina’sautomotiveelectronic software.
