Exploring the Application of Slow Live Streaming Technology in Public Libraries

Abstract Based on eight case studiesof slow live streaming activities organized or co-hosted bypublic libraries，this paper systematically examines thecurrent applications and core challenges ofslow live streaming technology in public library service setings.The paper identifies four major isues in current practice：the absenceof privacy protection mechanisms，overly uniform scene construction，one-wayinteraction design，and the absence of cultural symbolic value. In response，it proposes targeted strategies：enhancing privacy protection protocols，shifting from fixed camera positions to mobile perspectives，enabling user choice to foster two-way interaction，and developing a branding system to strengthen users'cultural identity.
