Research on the Construction of a Framework for Children's Digital Intelligence Literacy Education
AbstractInthenewera,digitalintellgence literacyhasbecomeanessentialcomponentofpersonalcorecompetencies and exerts a profound influence on children’s growth and development.Hence,children's digital intelligence literacy educationrequiresurgent atention.Basedonchild psychology,this paper analyzes thedevelopmental stagesofchildren's digital inteligence literacyand,drawing on Bloom'staxonomyofeducationalobjectives,itconstructsaneducational frameworkacrossthreedimensions:digitalintelligencecognition,digitalintelligenceskills,anddigitalintelligence ethics.Specificallydigitalintellgencecognitionincludesawareness,identityandculture;digitalintelligencesils comprise knowledge,ompetence,andthinking;anddigitalintellgenceethicsencompassessfety,psychologydocial contact.Furthermore,thepaper proposes pathways forpublic libraries to implementchildren'sdigital intelligenceliteracy education,including building multi-source resource systems,creating hybrid learning spaces,innovating service models, and enhancing librarians'capacity for digital intelligence services.
