Research on Talent Selection for Marketing Planning in Public Libraries

Abstract Marketing planning talents playa critical role inenhancing the brand recognitionof public libraries and optimizing service oferings,significantly impacting library services.This paper investigates the current statusof marketing planning talents inpublic libraries and identifies several prominent isues:weak marketingawareness and insufficient talent numbers;homogeneous talent structure and inadequateprofessional skils;underdeveloped training systems and limitedcarer development;anduneven regional development with significanturban-rural disparities.Based onthesefindings,acompetencemodelforpubliclibrarymarketing planning talents isconstructed,definingkeyelements acrossknowledge,skils,and personal qualies.TheAtribute HierarchyModel (AHM) is thenapplied to simulateand rank candidates.Finally,targeted talent selectionrecommendations are proposed,providing theoretical guidance and practical reference for improving service quality and competitiveness in public libraries.
