Abstract：Tofurtherenhancethecapabilityofsofwaredefiednetwork（SD）inrespondingtotopologychangescausedbyabnoalode failures，aSDstuctuingtrolatrutes（RCA）lgoritbsedonirectioalevauationisopoedislgrithsigs delay-constraiedauthoritativecontrolodeadaptationmechanismfromheperspectiveofoflineodes，andonstructsanaluation mechanismfordataprocessngcapabilitydiferentiationfroheperspctiveofwershpodes.Additionallatraversalaismis introducedtoensuretheloadoftheentirenetworkremainsdynamicallbalancedbeforeandafterimplementingcontrolatribute reconstructionforeachoflineswitchnode.ExperimentalresultsdemonstratethattheRCAalgorithmmaintainsrobustqualityofservice （QoS） stability in environments with large-scale abnormal node failures.
