Abstract：This paperdescribesasingle-vehiclemulti-task expressdelivery modelforurbanareas andestablishes amathematicalmodel forexpressdeliverywiththebjectivefunctionofminimizingtotaldeliverytime.Ahybridgeneticalgoritm（Floyd-GAalgorithm）is employedtosolvetheoptimizationproblem.Throughcasestudyvalidation，theoptimizedmodelhasdemonstratedsignfcantreference value and application potential in enhancing the timeliness of delivery solutions.
