新形势下企业政工师如何做好企业思想政治工作

【摘  要】企业政工师是引领公司建设先进文化体系、建立良好文化价值取向的关键岗位，其不仅是打造优秀员工的工程师，还是公司思想政治工作的指导专家。优良的政工师一定要具备高端的工作技能以及良好的业务能力，从而合理地发挥其在理论、公共关系以及教育方面的价值，引领公司能够向积极良好的道路发展。

【Abstract】The enterprise political engineer is the key position to lead the company to build an advanced cultural system and establish a good cultural value orientation. It is not only an engineer to create excellent employees， but also a guiding expert for the company's ideological and political work. A good political engineer must have high-end working skills and good business ability， so as to reasonably play its value in theory， public relations and education， and lead the company to develop on a positive and good road.
