新形势下国有企业薪酬绩效管理的路径探究

【摘  要】近年来,我国国有企业在人力资源管理方面存在着很大的缺陷,严重制约了国有企业的发展。面对新时期的新形势,国有企业必须认识到自身存在的问题和不足,在强化管理的基础上,提高自身的市场竞争力,特别是在薪酬绩效管理方面,必须采取科学合理的策略进行调整。

【Abstract】In recent years, state-owned enterprises in China have great defects existing in human resources management, which seriously restrict the development of state-owned enterprises. Facing the new situation in the new period, state-owned enterprises must recognize their own existing problems and shortcomings, and improve their market competitiveness on the basis of strengthening management, especially in the aspect of salary performance management, which must be adjusted by adopting scientific and reasonable strategies.
