高质量推进国有企业党建工作之我见

【摘  要】在不断深化改革的今天，国有企业作为国民经济的重要支柱，长期发挥了重要的作用。在国有企业发展壮大的过程中，党的各级组织发挥了巨大作用。论文从思想引领、支部建设、人才队伍三个方面对如何高质量推进国有企业党建工作进行了分析探讨。

【Abstract】In today's ever-deepening reform， state-owned enterprises， as an important pillar of the national economy， have long played an important role. In the process of the development and growth of state-owned enterprises， the Party's organizations at all levels have played a great role. The paper analyzes and discusses how to promote the Party building work of state-owned enterprises with high-quality from three aspects： ideological leadership， branch building and talents team.
