六西格玛方法在汽车外观间隙改善中的应用

【摘  要】汽车工业的精细化发展对汽车产品质量提出了更高的要求。在外观质量感知方面，自主品牌汽车与合资汽车存在一定差距。论文将六西格玛设计中流程化的思想，应用于汽车外观间隙改进，分析如何改进外观间隙，实现设计质量的提升。

【Abstract】The fine development of automobile industry puts forward higher requirements for the quality of automobile products. In terms of appearance quality perception， there is a certain gap between independent brand automobile and joint venture automobile. The paper applies the idea of process in design for Six Sigma to the improvement of automobile appearance clearance， and analyzes how to improve the appearance appearance and realize the improvement of design quality.
