AbstractObjective：Toinvestigatetheapplicationefectivenessofanevidence-basednursingprotocolfororalmucositisincancer patientsundergoingradiotherapyand chemotherapy.Methods：Atotalof90cancerpatientsreceivingradiotherapyandchemotherapy admited totheRadiationOncologyDepartmentofourhospitalfromOctober2023toOctober2024wereenroled.Subjectswere randomly assigned to an intervention group n=45 ）andacontrol group n=45 ）using random numbers.The control group received routine care，whiletheinterventiongroupreceivedevidence-based nursingpractice.Thetwogroupswerecomparedintermsoforalmucositis dynamicobservationforssoreseverityoforalmucositisalityoflife，andnursingsatisfactionResults：Afterinterventiothe interventiongroupshowedsignificantlybetteroutcomesthanthecontrolgroupintemsoftheefectivenessoforalmucosisdynamic observationnursingseverityoforalomplications，qualityoflifescores，andnursingsatisfactionThediferencewasstatisticaly significant ..<0.05 ）.Conclusion：The evidence-based oral mucositis care protocol for cancer patients undergoing radiotherapy and chemotherapyitegratescomprehensivemeasuresincludingriskprevention，ultidisciplinaryhalthducationadpsychologcalort.
