AbstractObjective:Toconstructanoral diet managementplanforpatients with esophagealcancerundergoingradiotherapy,roviding areferencefordietarymanagementduringanti-tumortreatmentforesophagealcancerpatients.Methds:Basedontheevidence-based concept,theinitialdraftofthedetmanagementplanasforedtroughliteratureretrievalandsmistructuredinterviews.Atotalof2 clinicalncologyurses,specializdursesandursiganagementexpertsfotertiarygadeAhospitalsereselectedfooudof Delphi expertinquiries.Theoraldietarymanagementplanforpatientswithesophagealcancerundergoingradiotherapywasfinally determined.Results:The efective recovery rates of the questionnaires in the 2 rounds of expert inquiries were both 100% ,the expert authority coefficients were both 0.89,and theKendal's W were O.O8l and O.083 respectively,both with P<0.05 .The final oral diet managementplanforpatientswithsophagealcancerundergoingdiotherapyicludes8first-levelitms,13econd-leveliemsand4 third-levelitems.Conclusion:Thdietarymanagementplanforesopagealcancerpatientsundergoingradiotherapyconstructedinthis studyhasertainsietifityndelblityndouldproideefeeforteoaldietofopagealancerpatietsuritir treatment.
