AbstractObjective：Toconstructanoral diet managementplanforpatients with esophagealcancerundergoingradiotherapy，roviding areferencefordietarymanagementduringanti-tumortreatmentforesophagealcancerpatients.Methds：Basedontheevidence-based concept，theinitialdraftofthedetmanagementplanasforedtroughliteratureretrievalandsmistructuredinterviews.Atotalof2 clinicalncologyurses，specializdursesandursiganagementexpertsfotertiarygadeAhospitalsereselectedfooudof Delphi expertinquiries.Theoraldietarymanagementplanforpatientswithesophagealcancerundergoingradiotherapywasfinally determined.Results：The efective recovery rates of the questionnaires in the 2 rounds of expert inquiries were both 100% ，the expert authority coefficients were both 0.89，and theKendal's W were O.O8l and O.083 respectively，both with P<0.05 .The final oral diet managementplanforpatientswithsophagealcancerundergoingdiotherapyicludes8first-levelitms，13econd-leveliemsand4 third-levelitems.Conclusion：Thdietarymanagementplanforesopagealcancerpatientsundergoingradiotherapyconstructedinthis studyhasertainsietifityndelblityndouldproideefeeforteoaldietofopagealancerpatietsuritir treatment.
