AbstractObjective：TocomprehensivelyevaluatetheprevalenceoffearoffalingamongolderadultstroughMeta-analysisroviding evidence-basedgudancforpreventioandterventionstrategiesMethds：Crosctioalstudiesoteprevaleceoffarflling in olderadultswereretrievedfromCNKI，WanFangData，VI，CBM，CochraneLibraryPubMed，WebofScience，andEMse.he searchperiodspannedfromdatabaseinceptiontoFebruary2O25.Meta-analysiswasperformedusingStata18.Osoftware.Results：A totalof2crosssealuseeided，oig12pciantsepevalceofarofflingmoulswas 48.51%（6 011/12 392）.Meta-analysis resultsindicated a prevalence of 53.2% （95%CI 46.2%-60.2% ）.Subgroup analysisrevealed a higherprevaleneoffarofflingamongfmaleseragegroups，osolitaryoseithstryofflsdivualsting Walkingaids，tosetakingewrtantemedicatiosndsientsofdicalandursigistitutios.Conusi：Tpreleeof fearoffllinolsarledddillode be adopted to reduce the incidence of fear of falling in this population.
