AbstractObjective：Tosummarizethebestevidenceonnutritionandhydrationmanagementforchildreninendof-lifecare，providing anevidence-basedfoundationforclinicalpractice.Methods：ChineseandEnglishliteratureonnutrionandhydrationmanagementin pediatricpalltivecarewassystematicallysearchedonrelevant websitesanddatabasesathomeandabroad.Thesearchperiodwasfrom theestablishmentoftedatabasetoJuneO24.Teualityoftheliteraturewasevaluated，ndevidenceasetractedandteated. Results：Atotalfticsededssiofdeli，rtsrtcoilsi totalof28piecesofsteveneereateozedintospctscluingutritioalrengndessment，utrioalt principles，selectionofutritoealthucatiandommucationriciplesorgoigutritonnddrationdladoal principles.Conclusion：28piecesofevidenceextracted inthisstudycouldprovideanevidence-basedbasisformanagementofnution and hydration of end-of-life children.
