AbstractOjective：Toetrieverganie，ndsnthesizeevidenceonthemanagementofprioperativedeepveintrombosis（Dof thelowerextremitiesinpatientswithlivercancerprovidingareferenceforclinicalpracticeinthisarea.Methods：Acomprehsive searchwasconductedusingthe"6"evdence-basedpyramidmodelacrossBMJBestPractice，UpDate，CochraneLibraryubMed， CBMandsoon.Thesearch periodwasfrom January 2019 to December 2O24.Searchcontent included guidelines，systematicreviews， evidenceummariesndclinicalpractice.Atotalof3traindrsearcrsidependentlyessedualityusingstadadiedlst extractedandsynthesizedevidenceaccordingtoestablishedconsensus.Results：Atotalof13articleswereultimatelyincluded， comprising8gidelis，stematicvie，idenesmmarisndliicalpractic.Tefinaledeneecompasedf bestevidenceosngsctortroltayeicaleticll prevention，haltheducation，andteamtraingConcusion：ManagementofperioperativeDoflowerextremitiesinatintsith livercancerrquiresomprehesiveosieratiofurgicaltyediualiskndotopatieecoveryIpemetigul preventionandtreatmentmeasuresoptimizesperioperativeDVTmanagementstrategies，efectivelyreducingperioperativeincidenceof DVT of lower extremities and improving patient outcomes.
