AbstractObjective:Toexploretheconceptualdefinitionandconnotationofintuitiveeating,providingatheoreticalbasisforepth researchonthis topic.Methods:A systematic search was conducted acrossdatabases including CNK1,WanFang Data,VIP,CBM, EMbase,WebofScience,PsycINFO,CINAHL,andPubMed.Thesearch period spaned fromdatabase inceptiontoDecember31, 2024.UsingtheconceptualanalysisframeworkproposedbyWalkerandAvant,eaalyzedanddefinedkeyaspectsof ntutiveeating. Results:Atotalof149rtceswereiuded.Intutiveeatingencompassed3onceptualatributes,ludingadaptiveeatigbavi involvingselfgaotegatedtueoutriodolndrutesppoital. Itsprerequsitcosalmcdrsde)tlsd physiolgicaleoeptiacypsaidg)l factors(familycohesion,friendshipualitythersbodyaeptance).Consequencesencompasseanedbodysatisfactioiproed mentalealthducedatingsodrsndeleatedsicalealthicators.Cocusios:isudyaristeoceate of intuitiveeatingthroughanalysis,providingaeferenceforclinicaldetaryinterventions.Futureresearchersoulddevelopasst toolstailoredtodiferentpopulationsbasedontheconceptualframeworkofintuitiveeatingndconstructmanagementplansfocinical patientswitheatingdisorders.Thisaproachaimstofurtherptiizedetarypracticesanddeliverscientifcallygroundedyetpractical solutions.
