AbstractToaddress thelimitationsof traditional library services，such as overelianceon explicitresources andlack of precision，thisstudydevelopsanintellgentbookrecommendationportalforuniversityteaching scenarios froma“smart library+professionaleducation”perspective.Bydesigning the service logic of“demand perception-resource matchingcontext adaptation”and integrating knowledge graph，user portrait and semantic recommendation technologies，a three-layer semantic model consisting of professionalontology，book metadataand temporal portraits isconstructed.A hybrid strategyofrule priorityand algorithmcorrection isadopted todevelopmulti-modulerecommendation functions， and A/B testing and dynamic evaluation are implemented.After the system was put online，the borrowing volume，the utilizationrate of professional documents and user satisfaction were significantlyimproved.The research shows that this recommendation mechanism breaks through the traditional one-way push mode and provides a practical path for realizing the transformation oflibrary knowledge services from“general aggregation”to“precision empowerment”.
