AbstractLibrariesarecurrentlyfacing critical oportunitiesandchallenges intheirtransformationintosmartlibraries. This paper analyzes the mechanisms and dilemmas associated with LLM-driven smart libraries and constructs a hierarchical technicalarchitecturecomprisingadatalayer，acognitivelayer，andanapplicationlayer.Thisarchitecture aims toachieve the comprehensive processfrommulti-source data governance to intellgent generation.Onthis basis，the paper proposes four inovativeservice models：smartreading，smartreference，smartknowledge，andsmartspaceservices.Finall，itelucidates futuredevelopmentpathways from the thr dimensionsof human-machinecolaboration，AIliteracy，anddatagoverance， thereby providing technical and practical references for the transformation of smart libraries.
