AbstractPromoting the integration of resources and services has become a critical pathway for academic libraries to meet development challenges and realize transformation.This paper examines the“Quick Borrowing”service implemented at Beijing Normal University Library as a case in point，presenting a practical approach guided by the resource-service integrationphilosophyand centeredonpatron-drivenacquisition.Fromthe four perspectivesof service philosophy，architecture，mechanisms，and practice，the research systematicall elaborates on the logicand methods through which the“Quick Borrowing”service advances the deep integration of resources and services.By following a three-stage progressive path of“pilot validation-expansion and extension-integration and innovation”，the library carriedoutsystematicpracticesintechologyintegration，processreengineering，regionalcollaboration，andinsitioal support.Findings indicate thatthe service effectivelyresolves thedisconnection betweenresourcesupplyand demandas wellasserviceresponsedelays，significantlyenhancing theeficiencyofresourceacquisition，utilizationefectiveess， andusersatisfaction.It thus ofers areplicableand sustainable micro-level practical model foracademic libraries to steadily promote resource-service integration during routine operations.
