AbstractGenerative Artificial Intellgence （GAI） service platforms have exerted a profound impacton all walks of life，yettheyare plagued by problems such as user information leakage and privacy infringement.How to promote the innovative development of GAI while protecting user privacy and facilitating the healthy progress of the industry has become an urgent era-defining proposition to addressThis study selects 2O privacy policies of GAI service platforms as theresearch objects，adopts the content analysis method，and conducts in-depth coding and analysis of the privacy policy texts with the help of NVivol1Plussoftware.The research finds that theuser privacy policies of GAI service platforms generally have such prominent problems as low readability， weak standardization and poor pertinence. Based on these findings，this study puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions，aiming to strengthen the personal information protection abilityof service providers and provide theoretical support and practical reference for the scientific formulation of privacy policies ofGAI service platforms.
