Risk ldentification and Early Warning in BiM Modeling Contracts for Architectural Deepening Design

Abstract： Under the national green development strategy and cyclical downturn of the construction industry，BIM technology has become a key tool for improving project quality，efficiency，and sustainability.This study proposes a practical contract risk identification and management method，combined with risk indicators and an RM risk quadrant matrix. Through case analysis and expert evaluation，risk probabilityand consequence levelsare defined，and key risks are identified.The results show that this approach enhances the systematization and foresight of contract risk management in BIM applications ， offering practical guidance for industry implementation.
