Research on the Evaluation System and Measurement of China's Commercial Circulation Industry Development

Abstract： This paper constructs an evaluation system for the development level of China's trade circulation industry by selecting relevant indicators from the perspective of trade circulation output， practice and efficiency.It measured the development level of China’s provincial trade circulation industry between 2Ol3 and 2O2l using the entropy value method，and used the kernel density estimation and dagum gini coefficient methods to analyze the spatial and temporal evolution characteristics. The study found that the overall development level of China’s trade circulation industry is steadily increasing， and the regional disparity is gradually obvious，showing typical non-equilibrium characteristics，and the regional differences in the development level of trade circulation industry mainly come from intergroup differences，among which the differences between eastern and central and western regions are gradually increasing，and the diferences between western and northeastern regions are gradually decreasing. The study aims to provide some reference for improving the development level of China's trade circulation industry and promoting the internal and external circulation of the economy.
