基于CHTC-TT工况下重型牵引车多层级能耗影响因素研究

Abstract: Twelve vehicle fuel consumption tests were conducted on a chassis dynamometer,and the influencing factors of the Stage IV fuel consumption of heavy-duty tractors under the CHTCTT working condition were analyzed in this paper. First, at the full-trip and segment levels,the reasons for the differences in CHTC-TT comprehensive fuel consumption among different vehicles under the same conditions were analyzed by integrating factors such as engine characteristic parameters,vehicle driving resistance,and vehicle design. Subsequently,based on the fuel consumption test data of different drivers operating the same vehicle,the influence of vehicle dynamical characteristics on the comprehensive fuel consumption of the vehicle under the CHTC-TT cycle was discussed at the instantaneous level. The data indicate that as the proportion of idle conditions increases,the difference in comprehensive fuel consumption among different vehicles becomes larger,with a maximum discrepancy of 5.32L/100km ; reducing the engine idle speed can lower the CHTC-TT comprehensive fuel consumption. Data from different vehicle speed ranges show that with the increase of vehicle speed,the sensitivity of engine power to changes in vehicle resistance increases,which in turn raises the probability of the engine operating under poor combustion conditions and leads to higher comprehensive fuel consumption. Analysis of data at the instantaneous level reveals that the vehicle's instantaneous fuel consumption exhibits a good consistency in variation trend with instantaneous vehicle speed and acceleration. When driving behavior is more aggressive,the fluctuation of the vehicle's instantaneous acceleration becomes greater,and the engine tends to operate under a rich combustion condition. This results in an increased demand for comprehensive fuel consumption, accompanied by a wider range of fuel consumption fluctuation and ultimately higher comprehensive fuel consumption.
