Research on improved LADRC wind turbine pitch control based on TD3 algorithm

Abstract:Inallusion totheproblemsof dificultdynamicsetingof traditionalvariablepitch controlparametersandlarge fluctuationofoutputpowercausedbyfluctuatingwind speedandcomplex windconditionsinwind powergenerationsystem,aTD3- LADRC control strategybasedonimprovederrorcompensation isproposed.Byanalyzing theestimationerorof thelinear extendedstateobserver(LESO),thecontrolgainisintroducedtoimprovetheactivedisturbancerejectioncontrolrateandehance thedisturbancerejectionof thewindturbinesystem.Thedouble-delaydepdeterministicstrategygradient(TD3)dep reinforcementlearningalgorithmisusedtodynamicallotimizethekeyparameterssuchastheoserverbandwidthandcontroler bandwidthoftheimprovedlinearactivedisturbancerejectioncontrol(LADRC),whichefectivelyimprovestheoutputstabilityof thewindturbine.Themodelingof2MWwindturbineisconductedbymeansofMatlab/Simulink.Thesimulationresultsshowthat theproposedcontrol strategycansignificantlyreducetheoutput powerflutuationofthewindturbineunderstepwindcondition and turbulent wind condition,which verifies its efectiveness.
