Abstract:In order tocope with thetrendof permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM)control requirements towards highdynamicperformanceandhighintegrationdirection,amethodofvectorcontrolanddriveintegratedcircuit(CDIC)system basedonmicrocontrolerunit (MCU)isproposed toaddress theproblemsof slowresponse speedandhighcostofvectorcontrol strategyintraditionalsoftware.ThevectorcontrolstrategyisimplementedthroughClanguage,amulti-closed-loopcontrol architectureisconsructed,aneficienttaskschedulingshemeisdsignedincombinationwiththechipuilt-nmodules(ADC) samplinginterface,motorcontrolPWM(MCPWM),triggermultiplexer(TMU),triggerdelaygenerator(TDG)andtimermodule, etc.)andmulti-taskpaalelprocessingisalidbymeansofprogaminteruptmecansmFreMastertoolisusedtodictly access thevariableaddres,andconductthesimulationandverificationofthesystem,soastocomprehensivelyevaluatethe reliabilityandstabilityof thedesignedsystem.TheexperimentalresultsshowthatthedesignedCDICsystemcanexhibit fast dynamicresponseandexcelentrobustnessin both sensoryandnon-sensorcontrol modes,canmee the industrial field's requiremntsforighperforance,ighitegation,ndighportabilityofthemotorontrol,andasigniicantpromotind application value.
