Design of multi-channel thermocouple signal acquisition board based on FPGA

Abstract:Inalusiontotherequirementsof high-precisionsynchronousacquisitionandstorageofmulti-chanel temperaturedatainthehigh-lowtemperatureagingtestofautomobileheadlights,amulti-channelthermocouplesignalaqusition boardisdesigned.Inteulti-channeltermocouplesignalacquisitioboardfieldprogram-mablegatearray(PGA)isusedas thecontrolcore,and24-bitΣ-analog-to-digitalconverterAD793isusedastheanalog-o-digitalconversionchip.hoigial dataistransmitedtothehostcomputerthroughGigabitEthernetandstoredintheSDcardasabackup.Thehostcomputeris developedbasedontheQtframework,integratingthefunctionsofreal-timedisplayofmulti-channeltemperaturedata,waveform drawing,datastorage,andanalysisoftheoriginaldataintheSDcard.Theexperimentalresultsshowthatthisboardcanstably realizesynchronous acquisition of 16-channel thermocouple signals,with an acquisition range from to 200C ,a temperature resolution of 0.01 ,and a sampling rate of 1 KSPS.This card can ensure the accuracy of temperature acquisition bymeansof thecalibrationtechnology.Therelativeerorbetweenthetemperaturedatacollctedbythe16channelsoftheboard and the standard temperature is less than 0.2% ,which can provide a high-precision and high-real-time performance evaluation solution for the aging test of automobile lamps.
