摘 要：本文在介绍了郑州市南水北调配套工程典型泵站基本情况的基础上，分析了泵站运行过程中存在的问题，并提出改进措施。本文主要结合郑州市南水北调配套工程泵站实际案例，提出了合理经济的泵站机组安全运行方案，对类似工程实现高效经济运行具有参考意义。

Abstract：The existing problem in the operation of a classical pump system in the south to north water diversion project in Zhengzhou and corrective actions were introduced.This paper primarily combines the actual case of the pumping station of the south to north water diversion project in Zhengzhou and proposes a reasonable and costeffective pumping station unit safe operation scheme，which could reference for similar economical operation of the pump system.
