Abstract：Withtheexpansionofhighereducation，thesupplyofgraduatesfromuniversitieshasfailedtomeetsocietaldemands， leadingtoanincreasinglyprominentmismatch betwee talentsuplyandmarketdemand.Toadressthisissue，basedonthe Outcome-BasedEducation（OBE）philosophythisstudyconstructsaclosed-loop"evaluatio-fedback-mprovement"grauatetracking fedbackmechanism.Underthismechanism，theElectronicsandInformationEngineeringprogramatouruniversityregularly conductstrackingsurveysofrecentandpast graduates.Thesurveyresultsoverthepastsixyearsindicatethatthismechanismcan effectivelypromotetheachievementof talenttraininggoalsinourprogram，andthematchinglevelbetwengraduatecapabilities and enterprise supply-demand requirements has been significantly improved.
