Abstract:Toenhancetheefectivenessofsafetysupervisioninairportnon-stoconstructionthispaperidentifiestheaiport managementauthoritysupervisionunit,andconstructionunitasthepriarystakeholders.Basedonthisframework,Gaussianhite noiseisintroducedtosimulateexternalenvironmentaldisturbances,andatripartitestochasticevolutionarygamemodelis constructed.SimulationanalysisofkeyparametersisconductedusingMATLAB.Theresultsindicatethat:therateofchangenthe probabilityofinitialstrategyselectionamongthethreepartiesvariessignificantlyacrossthediferentconstructionstages;the intensityofregulatoryoversightbythecivilaviationqualtysupervisiondepartmenthasapositiveincentiveeffectontheevolution ofallthreeparties,withthemostpronouncedimpactontheairportmanagementauthority;thepenaltystrategiesadoptedbythe airportmanagementauthorityafectthesupervisionunitandtheconstructionunitdierently,withthesupervisionunitshowing highersensivitytopenaltiesthantheconstructionunit;theintesityofextealenvironmentaldisturbancessignificantlyinfluences the stability of the evolutionary path.
