Abstract：Underthebackgroundofdatabasesecurityandcontrolabilityreceivingwidespreadatentiontopromotetheloalzation ofdatabasecourseteaching，thispaperfirstanalyzestheexistingisuesinthedevelopmentof domesticdatabase-relatedcourses andproposestheuseofdomesticopenGaussdatabaseasanexperimentalteachingplatform.Itdesignsexperimentalteaching contentadimplementsteachingmodelreformsfromthreeaspects：introducingidustry-universitycolaborationconstructing practicalappicationscenario-basedexperimentalprojects，andintegratingcourseideologicalandpoliticalelementsFinaly recommendationsareprovidedforthedevelopmentofdomesticdatabasecourses.Theseteachingreformsprovideavaluable exploration for advancing database course localization.
