PDCA循环理论视角下大学生党员质量提升研究

——以上海海关学院为例

摘  要：基于对近四年来大学生入党材料及发展工作的分析，探讨目前高校在发展大学生党员过程中面临的问题及挑战。结合PDCA循环理论的指导，尝试从规范标准要求、落实管理要求和强化监督要求等方面提出对策建议，以求达到提升大学生党员质量的目的。

Abstract： The content of this paper is based on the analysis of the development of the Party membership materials for students of Shanghai Customs College in the past four years. In the paper， we discuss the current problems and challenges faced by colleges and universities in the process of recruiting college student Party members. Finally， we combine the guidance of the PDCA Cycle Theory with the problems that need to be solved and we put forward countermeasures and suggestions from standardizing standard requirements， implementing management requirements， strengthening supervision requirements， etc.， in order to achieve the purpose of improving the quality of college student Communist Party members.
