Technical Properties of Ideological and Political Education and the Practical Path of “Negative Entropy”

Abstract: The philosophical speculation of “human-technology” in the digital age has created a new dimension for ideological and political education. With the main viewpoint of Stiegler’s phenomenology of technology, this paper regards ideological and political education as a kind of “transmission technology” that leads and orients people’s thought, and reveals the generative logic, internal tension and external performance of technical attributes in ideological and political education, as well as the internal fit between its “negative entropy” potential and ideological and political education. Then, by analyzing the risks of value coordinate deviation caused by technological alienation, the aggravation of subjectivity and dissolution of subjectivity, instability of positions induced by the collision of virtual and real spaces, and the entropy increase of the ideological and political education system, we propose a three-dimensional matrix framework of “negative entropy flow” governance: to form the cognitive immune system of subject-object synergy through the cultivation of technological literacy, to innovate the flexible embedding mechanism and reconstruct the ideological and political education ecology with a non-linear teaching mode, to balance technological intervention and humanistic care, to anchor the core of value rationality, and strengthen ideological cohesion in the integration of virtual and real spaces, providing an entropy reduction paradigm with both theoretical depth and practical effectiveness for ideological and political education in the new era.
