Abstract： Taking "A Historical Taleof Lianyungang"as theresearch object and starting from the perspectiveof archival cultural products，thispapersystematicallyexplores itscompilation practiceandcultural disseminationvalue.Thisseriesof books，asanewexplorationinthedevelopmentofarchivalculturalproducts，presentsapanoramicviewoflocalculture，breaks the"dormant" predicamentof archives，and achieves the systematicexpressionofregionalculture.By analyzingits cultural productatributes，culturaldissminationpracticesandsocial efects，itcanbekownthatarchivalcultural productsneedto balancetheauthenticityofhistoricalmaterials，culturalnaratieanddisseminationefctivenessOntisasis，ptiization paths are proposed from thre aspects inthis paper：collaborative mechanism，digital empowermentanduser participation，to provide references for the development of archival cultural products.
