Abstract： Againsthe backdropoftherapiddevelopmentoftheglobaldigitaleconomyand thecultivationofnewproductive forces，data asetization has become an important isse in national information resource strategies.Basedona practical investigationofthe development ofarchivedatain Nanjingand Suzhouthis papersystematicall analyzes thekeychallnges facedintheasstizationofarchivaldataatthecogntive，resource，ndoperationallevels.Troughcasestudies，thissearch summarizes innovative approachesadoptedby Nanjing and Suzhou inreconceptualizing archivaldataassts，balancing the public welfare and economic value of archival data，coordinating data openness with securitycontrols，and clarifying data ownership boundaries.Itfurtherproposesthree feasiblemodels—demand-driven，supply-riven，andcoordinated-driven，to providetheoretical referencesand practicalpathways forcomprehensive archives toadvance the assetizationofarchival data.
