Abstract： Asasociological theory that emphasizes the meaning givenandreconstructedbyindividuals insocialinteraction， symbolic interactiontheory provides anew analytical perspectivefor improving the efcienyofculturaland creative product development inredarchives.Throughanalyzingthesymbolicatributesofredarchivalculturalproducts，thisarticlereveals their inherent alignment with symbolic interaction theory during development. It identifiescurrent challnges including superficialsbolicotet，sufintocialdaiciteraction，litedbolicvialityndmoioalsoeap. Buildingon symblic interactionism，the study proposes strategies to enhane product development eficiency： deepening symbolicconotationexploration，stimulating multi-stakeholderparticipation，activatingcontinuoussymbolicrenewal，and strengtheninguseremotionalconnections.Andthen，theredarchives willplaytheirvalueininheritingthenationalspiritand stimulating the red genes.
