Abstract：Theconstructionofarchive informationization isan inevitablerequirementfor thedevelopmentof the nationalarchivesindustry.Thearchivedocument-levelrecordingprojectoftheRepublicofChinaisthebasicworkof the informatizationanddigitizationofarchivedocuments inthearchives，and eventheprimary linkofthearchives infomatization anddigitizationofarchivesinthearchives.ThecorepointofthereasonwhythearchivesoftheRepublicofChinaisdificult tobeeffectivelyandrapidlypromotedisthelackofqualifedpractitionersofteRepublicofChinaarchives.Thisarticlepoints out the profesionalqualitiesand knowledgereserverequirements thatqualifed practitionersofte journal work must poses， as wellasthedifultiesinthediffultyofeffectivelypromotigthejoualwork.Attesametime，itpropoes tosepupthe vocationaltrainingof practitionersinthejoual worktotrainateamofjoural work withsuffcientprofessonal knowledge reserves and comprehensive professional skill， which is the only way to speed up the process of journal work.
