Abstract：Theecologicalsecuritybufferzoneisoneofthemajorinnovationmeasures inJiangsuProvincetopromotethestablend goodqualityoftheecologicalenvironment，andtohelpthe“highquality”ofconomicdevelopmentandth“highvalue”oftheologicalenvironmenttogoandinandInodertofurtherimprovethepolicysytematicallaalyzsteconstructionmodelofteprovn cialdemonstratioprojectofteolgicalsecurityufeoneiJangsuprovincefro21to24toondensestheonstructioideas andpathsofthcologicalsecuiybuferzne，Theconstructionresultsoftypicalcasesaresummarizedthroughactualresearhtoputs forwardthelimitatiosofthecurretecologcalsecurityuferzneconstructionmodel.Itisoncudedthatthelong-termanageent andprotectionarenotperfect，theawardandcompensationstandardsneedtobeoptimized，ndthelandusefactorisnotguaranteed. Combinedwiththelatestrequirementsinthefieldofologicalprotectionandestoration，ountermeasuresareputfowardfromfours pects：clasifdconstuctioperationaagentoitoringndevaluationdlandusegarantee，provdingolicysgiofr the future development of ecological security buffer zone construction in Jiangsu Province.

前言

随着生态环境质量的不断改善、治污边际成本的不断上升，环境保护逐步以质量改善目标倒逼污染减排转向基于人体健康和生态系统平衡的环境质量改善，加强生态系统保护修复成为了中国生态保护的重要内容，生态修复研究方法从人工干预修复向近自然修复手段发展[1]。（剩余5991字）
