AbstractObjective：ToadapttheSeniors EmpowermentandAdvocacy inPatientSafety（SEAPS）scale intothelocalcontextandto validateitsamongelderlystrokepatients，soastoprovideareliabletoolforassessngthelevelofself-advocacyinolderpatients. Methods：TheBrsintraslationmodelausedfortraslation，acktraslaionnduraldaptationofheSEA.Aoee sampleof431elderlystrokepatientsfomaGradeAtertiaryhospitalinWuxicitywassurveyedtotestthereliabilityandvalidityofthe scale.Resultsxploatoctoralysisracteduractosaelcacyuocacynttdeithlai variance contribution rate of 83.495% . Item analysis showed correlations between each item and the total score.Content validity analysis indicatedtatteite-lvelontentvaliditydex（-CV）angedfroO83toOOandtescale-lvelcontentvalidityidex（/ve） was0.968.Confirmatoryfactoranalysisdemonstratedagoodmodelfitforthescale.Thesale'sCronbach'scoefcientwasO.966，and thetest-retestrelabilitywasO.916.Conclusions：TheChineseversionof the SEAPShasgood psychometric properties.Itcabe effectivelyused to assess the level of self-advocacy in elderly stroke patients.
